Heraeus Sensor Technology provides both standard and custom thin-film platinum solutions for a variety of sensing applications. The innovative multisensor platform chip, with intrinsic temperature sensor, heater, and interdigitated electrodes, provides a temperature-controlled substrate for sensor mounting. Applications include biochips/biosensors, and gas, chemical and humidity sensors.
